Update your Passbook You are going to update Methacton High School's Passbook. The sky is your limit! Create a passbook cover that will be used next year. You must include the school year and the words Methacton High School. The rest is up to you! Objectives:
Alter fonts until they fit the feel of the cover. (THINK ABOUT SIZE AND COLOR)
Select a color scheme that compliments the overall design.
Create a front and back to your schools passbook. (they should correlate)
Use all vectors. (you must work in Illustrator)
Create an interesting background that focuses on a combination of art elements and principles of design
Getting Started....
Create a new document that is 8.5 by 11" and landscape orientation (open the template in the resource folder)
Use your rulers to create 1/8 inch border around the document.
Use a ruler to separate the document in half.
Include the text.... "Methacton High School", "MHS" & "2013-2014"
Play around with Font style, size, and color.
Alter until you are satisfied.
File Save as .AI class#_yourlastname_agendaCover
Also File Save for web and devices, save it as a .jpg title it Passbook and your last name and upload it to your wiki page. Include at least 25 words about how you think it is successful.
